Shipping
We do our best to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt (not including weekends). All outgoing orders will be shipped by either UPS ground or FedEx ground at our discretion, unless special instructions are provided. Please note that we require a street address for all shipments - No PO Boxes will be accepted. The delivery of your order may take from one (1) to seven (7) business days, or more depending on your location. Shipping on or near holidays may also add delivery time to your order. All items ordered may not be available and must be backordered. If a item that you have ordered is not in-stock we will notify you by either email or phone to see if you still want us to process the order and have the order dropped shipped from our distributor.
Returns:
Software and Services are none refundable so please make sure that you are purchasing the correct software or services. We will help with any question about what the software will do for you and make sure that you purchase is the correct one for you.
Hardware and Supplies may be returned for an exchange or replacement, provided they are done so within 7 days of receipt and returned in their original packaging. Please call our customer service department to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This will help us properly credit your return. When sending back shipments, return freight charges are the customers responsibility and non-reimbursable (unless of course it was our error). No merchandise returned after 7 days of receipt will be accepted unless goods are defected or shipped in error. All returns are subject to an inspection upon return to warehouse. In case of defective merchandise we reserve the right to credit or replace that item at our discretion.
Damaged Goods:
Products damaged in transit must be reported to the carrier. You are advised to save all packing lists, shipping cartons, and packing material until you have contacted the carrier. We will do everything possible to speed the process to get you a replacement or credit.
